PARIS (AP) The latest on the deadly attacks in Paris. (All times local): 7 p.m. French authorities say they have formally identified one of the suicide attackers at the national stadium and another man who attacked a restaurant in central Paris. One of the men was 20 and the other was 31. Both were French nationals living in Belgium.
